Alternative Loan Machine is solely an intermediary between you and one of our affiliates for the procurement of said services. Alternative Loan Machine maintains no fiduciary responsibility to you in the performance of any of said services and makes no representations whatsoever regarding the services provided by an affiliate of Alternative Loan Machine. By signing above and submitting documentation and/or fees to Alternative Loan Machine, you acknowledge that Alternative Loan Machine does not provide any of the services referenced herein and that any fees taken by Alternative Loan Machine are solely for acting as an intermediary between You and one of Alternative Loan Machine Investment’s affiliates.

Further, you acknowledge that by entering into any agreement with Alternative Loan Machine for the procurement of services you authorize one of our affiliates to perform said services for you. By agreeing to the performance of financial services by Alternative Loan Machine You thereby agree to be governed by the terms and conditions set forth by the Third Party Affiliate and agree to be bound under an agreement with the Affiliate, and authorize the affiliate to perform, the services chosen by You. Relationship Between Alternative Loan Machine and Third Party Credit Specialist

Alternative Loan Machine Investment’s is affiliated with third party Credit Specialists for the purpose of providing individuals with access to credit repair, debt consolidation, and loan acquisition services. Alternative Loan Machine does not perform any of these services. Alternative Loan Machine has not verified the reliability of any representations regarding the performance of said services by the Affiliate and cannot provide any information regarding the effectiveness thereof. Alternative Loan Machine is solely an intermediary between the parties and no relationship for services exists between Alternative Loan Machine and the Affiliate. Upon the acceptance by You of these terms and the acceptance by the Affiliate to provide You with services an agreement shall be created between You and the Affiliate for the performance of services. All fiduciary responsibility owed to You shall reside solely with the Affiliate.
